Diane Hanano

Diane Hanano was a Research Project Manager at the Pacific Centre for Isotopic and Geochemical Research at the University of British Columbia, where she also coordinated the BeeHIVE Research Excellence Cluster. She previously worked for the International Ocean Discovery Program, the Multidisciplinary Applied Geochemistry Network, Geoscience BC and Mira Geoscience. Diane completed her B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology & Oceanography in 2004 and M.Sc. in Geochemistry in 2008 at the University of British Columbia. Her research focused on ocean island basalt geochemistry and mantle plume dynamics in the Hawaiian and Kerguelen archipelagos.
